We acknowledge the support of Electric Aid in helping us complete our existing Project.
Ongoing work is being carried out on our new project - renovation/restoring from scratch the 3rd Level College in Mzuzu, Milawi. Two of the 40 bed dormitories have now been completed. When the four dormitory blocks are completed work will commence in the kitchens and refectories, followed by the classrooms and technical rooms.
To sustain our annual contributions to complete the project over the next 3 years we need to raise in the region of €20,000 per annum. The Committees (Willie Byrne, Tom Tevlin, Linda Shine, Robert Becker, John Codd, Joan Walsh, Mari Byrne and Larry Byrne) hope you will support the following fundraising events for 2010.

Fundraising Swim for all ages off the beach and Barbeque price €10 per person |
| September 17th |
Golf Classic teams of 4 including food - 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. €80 per team, 12.00 noon to 1.00 p.m. €90 per team, and 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. €100 per team. |
| October Marathon |
Last year Tiernan Byrne raised nearly €4,000 by competing in the Dublin City Marathon, if any of you would kindly take on the same adventure it would be greatly appreciated, or any ladies who would compete the Ladies Marathon on our behalf. |
